When school’s out for Spring Break, your kids can fill their days with music, dancing and laughter at ZACH Theatre. Their top-notch education department offers popular camps where students in grades K-5 can explore the world of theatre through acting, song, dance, improv and games. This year, ZACH Theatre is hosting camps at both their Main Campus as well as their North Campus from Monday, March 13 through Friday, March 17.

Main Campus:

  • Broadway Kids: Sound of Music, Grades K-1
    Learn to act, sing, and dance while learning songs from this classic Broadway musical!
  • Musical Theatre: Sound of Music, Grades 2-5
    Learn to act, sing, and dance while learning songs from this classic Broadway musical!

North Campus:

  • Act the Story, Grades K – 1
    Experience well-loved stories from the inside! Using acting exercises, art projects, and imagination, students read a story and create their own version as an ensemble. On the last day, family and friends are invited to a demonstration that showcases favorite acting exercises and stories.
  • Create a Play, Grades 2 – 5
    With only a title as a jumping off point, students work together to devise, rehearse, and stage a workshop production of an original play. With a focus on acting, story-telling, and character creation, this class allows students a chance to shine in a fun, ensemble environment.
