— Kids can sing, clap, wiggle and giggle as they watch Elmo and friends put on a big show at the Frank Erwin Center. Sesame Street Live: Elmo Makes Music will entertain the little ones in this touring production. Starts today at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. and runs through the weekend. Tickets are $17 and up. — Mobile Loaves & Fishes along with Hat Creek Burger Company invites you to an Outdoor Movie Night at Community First! Village. Grab chairs and a blanket, bring family and friends, and enjoy this special screening of Big Hero 6 at 7 p.m. Hot dogs, s’mores, popcorn, candy and drinks will be available for purchase (cash preferred). While the event is free, a suggested donation of $5 would be greatly appreciated to help support this community. Hat Creek will also be on-hand with special giveaways.
— Celebrate the 60th Annual Zilker Garden Festival at Zilker Botanical Garden from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. (as well as 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. tomorrow). This family-friendly event includes vendors selling a variety of plants and garden-themed arts & crafts, jewelry, clothing, and more. In the Kids’ Corner, children can build birdhouses, make butterfly wings, enjoy face painting, and making nature rubbings. — Enjoy tons of baseball fun at the Round Rock Express Fan Fest. Dell Diamond will be open to fans from 10 a.m – 2 p.m. for their annual, free open house event. Batting practice on the field, a hot dog eating contest, petting zoo, scavenger hunt, a summer camp fair, and all of the kid action in the Express Fun Zone.
