Get ready for a very exciting summer show at ZACH Theatre! Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Tony Award winning Broadway musical, In the Heights, is coming to the ZACH stage Wednesday, May 31 through Sunday, July 2. This show comes from the same dynamic creative team behind Broadway’s most talked about breakout hit Hamilton. Set in NYC’s Washington Heights, this “Upper West Side Story” features dazzling song and dance, hip hop, salsa, merengue, all as the hopes and dreams of a community ignite over the July 4th weekend.

In the Heights is described as joyous, infectious, and moving and perfect for ages 10 and up. (Would also make for a great mom’s night out or date night!)

This production of In the Heights is a collaboration between ZACH Theatre and Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, with using the same cast and creatives. The show is directed and choregraphed by Michael Balderrama with musical direction by Allen Robertson.

In the Heights will run from May 31 – July 2 with showtimes at 7:30 p.m. from Wednesday through Saturday as well as a 2:30 p.m. matinee on Saturdays and Sundays. Run time is approximately two hours and 45 minutes including intermission.

Tickets start at $25 and are available online at zachtheatre.org, by phone at 512-476-0541 x1, or in person at the ZACH Theatre Box Office. Seats are selling out fast!
