It’s almost time for our kiddos to return to the daily school schedule, and this also means getting back on track with fun extracurricular activities, too! For creative kids and teens, ZACH Theatre’s Education Department has just the right classes to keep students engaged in storytelling, acting, singing and more.
For over 30 years, ZACH’s Performing Arts School has been teaching life skills such as creativity, confidence, and collaboration through theatre education. All after school and weekend classes are taught by professionals in the field, and train young actors about the process of creating theatre while having a great time.
You’re Invited! On Saturday, August 12 you can bring the whole family to ZACH Theatre’s Open House, held at both locations. The Main Campus will be open from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and the North Campus will be open from 1-3 p.m. This is a great chance to check out what ZACH has to offer. You can enjoy hands-on activities throughout the day, demos and sample classes, onsite registrations, and a chance to tour the facilities and meet the teachers.
The Open House events are totally free to attend. In fact, you can attend both if you wish. Please just RSVP so ZACH staff know how many attendees to expect.
Sample classes and performances will be held throughout the day, featuring a variety of classes for ages 3.5 – 18 in areas such as acting, musical theatre, creative drama, acting for the camera and more. View the morning schedule, and view the afternoon schedule.
