Cafe Ruckus, a coffee shop in Austin’s downtown 2nd Street District, is hosting a One-Year Anniversary Party on Sunday, Jan. 18 from noon – 4 p.m. Enjoy live music & free samples, and take part in their book drive to benefit BookSpring.
At the party, you can check out:
- Complimentary samples
- Donate a gently used book to benefit BookSpring and receive a coffee, espresso drink, tea, or hot chocolate of your choice
- Raffles for gift certificates from Cafe Ruckus, Area Home, Toy Joy, Loft and other local businesses
- Live music from John McDonough and Landers/Marshall Duo
Street parking is free all around Cafe Ruckus on Sunday. The City Hall garage (enter on Lavaca between Cesar Chavez and 2nd) is also available and free on Sunday before 5 p.m.
