Pay homage to our furry little flying friends in true Austin style at the 9th Annual Austin Batfest on Saturday, August 23 starting at 4 pm at the Congress Avenue Bridge. On Sunday, August 18 from 12 - 4 pm, bring the family down to Zilker Botanical Gardens for Afternoon in the Garden: Nature Journaling. For the Garden entry fee of just $2 per adult, $1 for children 3 - 12 and seniors, kids can wander through the gardens, observe what they see and then document it all in a nature journal.
