Are you ready for some football fun this Sunday? It’s the favorite sport of millions of Texans. Celebrate the game with hands-on activities and art-making on October 4 at the Bullock Museum during their monthly Free First Sunday event. Enjoy free admission all day and special family programs from 12-3 p.m.!
Check out Gridiron Glory: The Best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame on exhibit at the Bullock through January 3, 2016. You can also take advantage of special programs that last until 3 p.m. and will include all things football:
- What’s your favorite way to prepare for a football game? Visit with the The Texas Sports Hall of Fame and play a sampling of tailgate games.
- Bring your toughest queries in front of our “Stump the Referee” panel.
- Try your hand at football trivia. Correct answers win prizes!
- Design a new football uniform for your favorite team.
- Tiny Texans can enjoy story time and an activity especially for them at 2 p.m.
- Contribute to our community mascot display, search for your football heroes in Gridiron Glory, and more!
