Do512 Family and Castle Hill Fitness have teamed up with Total Mommy Fitness to bring moms and their families a Free Workout Series! There are four upcoming dates where you can attend a free 45-minute workout followed by refreshments from KIND bars and smoothies from The Soup Peddler.
Our first class in the series will be Saturday, Feb. 15 at 9 am, and will be specifically for moms, giving them a chance to connect with other moms in a fun class while offering exercises that will keep you fit. The class is free but an RSVP is required to assure that everyone will have ample room to enjoy their workout. RSVP here.
This will part one of a 4-part series. Each class will be geared for different groups, but all will center around moms (or moms-to-be). All classes will be held in the beautiful Castle Hill Studio.
- Feb. 15 -> for moms – connect with other moms in a fun class while learning exercises that will keep you fit.
- Mar. 1 -> for pregnant women – meet other fitness-minded pregnant women and learn safe exercises to keep you strong during pregnancy.
- Mar. 29 -> for new moms with children ages 0 – 2 – have a fun playdate with moms and kids while learning exercises to do with your little ones.
- Apr. 12 -> all moms and kids any age – get a good workout while having fun and setting a healthy example.
Workouts will be done by Total Mommy Fitness founder, Tatum Rebelle, who not only runs totalmommyfitness.com, but also offers a variety of coaching from online to small group. With a long-running background in fitness that includes experience as a Drill Sgt., a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and training in pre/postnatal fitness; Rebelle is well-versed in techniques and guidelines to helping moms and soon-to-be moms stay fit and healthy.
