Paddington is back again on the big screen, and the Alamo Drafthouse is throwing Paddington 2 Family Parties to celebrate the return of this loveable bear. At these lively movie parties, you and the kids can enjoy themed crafts and activities before heading into the theatre to watch the film. These fun festivities take place at the Slaughter Lane location on Saturday, Jan. 13 or the Lakeline location on Saturday, Jan. 20, with parties starting at 9:30 a.m.
About Paddington 2: The second outing finds Paddington anxiously looking forward to his beloved Aunt Lucy’s upcoming 100th birthday, and setting out to find the perfect gift. He discovers it at Mr. Gruber’s antique shop – a very special and rare pop-up book. He takes on several odd jobs to earn the money to buy it, but before he can make the purchase, the book is stolen and Paddington himself is blamed for the crime. Paddington and his adoptive family, the Browns, must do their best to uncover the real culprit and clear his name.

The Paddington 2 Family Party will start with fun activities at 9:30 a.m. followed by the movie at 10:15 a.m. at both Slaughter Lane and Lakeline locations.
