On Friday, March 3, you can rise and shine for a free Texas-sized breakfast at the Long Center. Rodeo Austin hosts the annual Cowboy Breakfast at 6 a.m. as a way to kick off the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo. Feast on pancakes, authentic chuck wagon biscuits and more at this fun event that is open to the public. You’ll also enjoy western-themed entertainment, live music, two-stepping lessons and much more. If you’re up and at ’em early in the a.m., the Cowboy Breakfast is lots of fun for all ages!
