Are your kids feeling bored over the summer break? Let them tinker, make and create at a Thinkery Camp! Perfect for Pre-K–5th grade campers, Thinkery Camps spark curiosity and inspire creative learning through hands-on fun and discovery. Kids can build a robot circus or explore the creative side of coding. Engaging robotics summer camps are offered at Thinkery, The Magellan International School and National Instruments locations. Or choose from a variety of other innovative camp themes to challenge and inspire campers.
Campers are divided by age groups in order to provide the most developmentally appropriate environment for them to learn, grow and play. As campers get older they tackle more complex challenges and materials. The three groups include: pre-K & kindergarten, 1st & 2nd graders, and 3rd – 5th graders. All camps run from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., but Pre-K and Kinder students can choose to attend just a morning session from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. if preferred.
The Thinkery offers six innovative themes to challenge and inspire campers. Click here for full descriptions and dates offered of each of these themes and to see which camps still have openings:
- Up, Up, and Away
- Fantastic Fabrication
- Illuminating Inventions
- Tinkering with Color & Light
- Program, Animate & Create
