Think you’ve got what it takes to be the next Dorothy, Scarecrow or maybe even the Wicked Witch of the West? Zilker Theatre Productions is accepting audition requests for this year’s Zilker Summer Musical, The Wizard of Oz! In order to audition, you must sign up online here to make an appointment.
Here’s a little more info:
- The show’s run dates are from July 7th to August 12th, with performances Thursday through Sunday evenings.
- Rehearsals are currently scheduled to begin mid-May.
- Cast positions are paid.
- At this time, Zilker Theatre Productions is unable to hire Actor’s Equity Association members
- Primary auditions will be held on Saturday & Sunday, March 11th and 12th.
- Callbacks are scheduled for Saturday, March 18th.
- Adults and children 9 years of age and older are invited to audition.
- ZTP warmly encourages actors of all ethnic/racial backgrounds to audition.
