Take your first class free! They specialize in FUN based fitness through Parkour, Ballistic Movements and Gymnastics programs. With experienced coaches in all three disciplines, followers of the program can expect to learn proficiency in movement in a fun, safe facility dedicated to these disciplines. Tuesdays, 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. @ Esquina Tango
Esquina Tango is a Non-Profit 501c3 organization that currently provides multiple free classes each week in different styles of dance! These classes integrate, in a fun way, health & fitness through dance & culture!
— Free Ice Skating For 5 & Under
Any weekday @ Chaparral Ice
Kids 5 and under skate FREE during the Monday-Friday afternoon public sessions with paid admission. (Admission is $6.00 and skate rental is $4.00 for children and adults.) Please check the website for public session schedule.
— Mother-Daughter Yoga
Saturday, 9 – 10 a.m. with Athleta @ The Domain
Bring your daughter and/or your mom for pure essential oil-infused yoga with Kimberly from FXFIT! There will be a raffle, giveaways, and private shopping before the store opens.
— Keep Austin Well
Saturday, 12 – 4 p.m. @ The Long Center
Keep Austin Well is a fantastic opportunity to introduce yourself to Austin’s family-friendly and health-conscious community! With health-focused activities taking place throughout the day, Keep Austin Well has something for the entire family! This event is free and open to the public. Activities include a children’s play/craft area, fitness demonstrations, local food trucks, complementary medical testing, and more!
