Monday 6:45 – 7:45 p.m.
Each WeViva class is approximately 1 hour. It is ideal if you can attend at least one class each week of the session. At some locations, incentives are provided for people who start the program, those who complete 6 classes, and finally those who complete all 12 classes. Childcare provided for kids 7+. Free Barre Body Sculpting Workout @ Whole Foods (North Lamar)
Wednesday, June 30 from 7-8 a.m.
As a part of Whole Foods’ summer classes on the plaza series, Mecca trainer Matthew leads a FREE outdoor workout throughout the remainder of the summer. Hosted Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7am, sculpt your summer physique with a new style of cross-training combining barre, resistance bands and kickboxing. Bring a yoga mat, towel & water. Saturday, July 4 from 9:30 a.m. -1 p.m.

elebrate Independence Day Brushy Creek style with lots of family fun and activities for all ages. They’ll have water activities for the whole family, including a foam pit, water slide, slip ‘n slide and free admission to Cat Hollow Pool!
