— Trail Walks and More
TuesdaySunday, 1 – 6 p.m. @ Commons Ford Ranch Metropolitan Park
Do some fishing, use the boat ramp, or enjoy lake front picnicking (but sorry, no swimming in the lake). There are two trails at the park, one featuring waterfalls and other offering lake views. You can also reserve a picnic area here.

— Free Tango Lessons
Every Tuesday 8 – 9:30 p.m. @ Russian House
Every Tuesday night Tom Kamrath offers free Tango lessons. Enjoy a little break from the kids on a fun date night trying Tango for the first time!

— Unwind and Meditate
Every Wednesday, 7 – 11 a.m. @ Sahaja Yoga Meditation Center in Austin
As always, these are all level classes and require no previous experience and since they are offered as a service to the community, they are completely free and open to everyone.

— Infant Massage Class for Parents
Wednesdays, 10 – 11 a.m. @ Easter Seals Central Texas
Infant Massage is a great way for you to bond with your baby while learning the ways your baby communicates with you. Through this course, you will learn the sequence of strokes that can help your baby sleep better, improve their digestion, and develop a strong bond with you! Massage oil and materials will be provided. Please bring a blanket or towel for your baby to lie on during the massage. This free 5-week class is for parents and children ages birth to 12 months and for children with special needs up to 7 years old. Snacks and childcare for siblings will be provided.

— Zumba & Yoga
Saturday, June 13,  10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. @ East Austin Wellness Center
The East Austin Wellness Center offers FREE Zumba with Lydia: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. and Yoga with Amanda from 11:30 – 12:30 p.m.!
