If your little artists want to try something new, head to Laguna Gloria on Saturday, Apr. 11, where they can customize a bike helmet to show off their style as they stay safe on the road! Every second Saturday of the month, The Contemporary Austin at Laguna Gloria offers hands-on art-making workshops for children ages 2 – 11. Drop in and create anytime between 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Meet local bike experts to tinker with bike parts and functions and learn some simple fixes for your own ride. Then use a cool paint technique to customize a brand-new bike helmet to keep you safe on the road!

Costs: $10 per family or $5 for museum members.
