Once Upon A Child is actually the largest kids resale franchise in North America, with all of the stores individually owned and operated, usually by moms or dads. –> SparkleKIDS Upscale Resale: Owned and operated by an Austin mom, SparkleKids has a Central location. They are a buy, sell, trade shop carrying top brands in children’s clothing from sizes 0-12, shoes, toys, equipment, books and more. You can bring your children’s items in during regular hours for cash or trade on the spot.
