DeSTEMber Fest at the Bullock Museum

Did you know that the Bullock Texas State History Museum is always open with free admission on the first Sunday of every month? It’s true! In addition, you’re sure to find extra fun activities during this time. On Sunday, Dec. 7, you can stop in for a special DeSTEMber Fest from noon – 3 p.m.

What is DeSTEMBer?
Join Girlstart for a free, frosty DeSTEMber Fest Extravaganza on Sunday where you can explore polar bears, penguins, walruses and more. The whole family will discover the mysteries behind this magical time of year with snowflake chemistry, igloo construction, fluffy snow and more hands-on fun! All families with kids ages five and up can participate in these winter-related science stations, and families with kids six and under can attend a winter-themed story time at 2pm.
