“Summer lovin’ had me a blast!” Say farewell to summer this Labor Day weekend at a free music-filled tradition — Pflugerville’s Movie Night in the Park. On Friday, September 2, you can take the family to Pfluger Park for a Grease Sing-Along that kicks off with a costume contest at 7:30 p.m. and the movie screening at 8:30 p.m.
Food: You can bring your own picnic (no glass containers) or you can purchase food for sale on-site beginning at 7 p.m.
Costume Contest: Adults and children are invited to dress up like Danny, Sandy, the T-Birds, or Pink Ladies and enter the costume contest at 7:30 p.m. for a chance at winning prizes.
Before the movie, there will be a singing warm-up to get your voices ready, and then the film starts at 8:30 p.m.
