Austin Parks Foundation invites you to bring your whole family of little witches, werewolves, ghosts and goblins to their Halloween celebration on Thursday, October 26 in Palm Park. Their annual Halloween Spelltacular will feature a special screening of Hocus Pocus, presented by the Alamo Drafthouse Rolling Roadshow in addition to tons of holiday fun such as a pre-show dance party, pumpkin smashing, a costume contest, and more!
This special event is actually a fundraiser to help Austin Parks Foundation continue to serve the community in so many wonderful ways throughout the year. Tickets for this party are $20 for adults, $5 for children ages 4-17, and free for children ages 3 & under. You can purchase your tickets online here.
This Halloween Spelltacular starts at 5:30 p.m. with a showing of Hocus Pocus at twilight (around 7 p.m.). Be sure to arrive when it opens for pre-movie activities such as:
- Witch’s Cauldron Photo Booth
- Pumpkin Smashing
- Halloween Candy Walk
- Food Trucks featuring spooky treats
- Dance Party
- A costume contest and more!
What you can bring:
- Beverages of any kind (The whole party is BYOB, so feel free to bring anything in your cauldron that you’d like to enjoy!)
- Outside Food
- Folding Chairs & Blankets
