Help kids in need have a magical Christmas this year! Hat Creek Burger Company wants to make it very easy for you to help support local families by serving as a toy drop-off location for Operation Blue Santa, a program of the Austin Police Department that provides gifts, meals and services to families who need it most. All greater-Austin Hat Creek locations are an easy spot for you to drop-off toys when you’re dining in with the family or simply driving by and wish to make a quick, convenient stop for your toy delivery.
Inside each Hat Creek location (noted below), you’ll find a gift-wrapped box in which you can place a new unwrapped toy, or money if you prefer to simply donate cash to the cause.
What types of toys are needed? The desired age range for the toys is primarily ages 11-14. Toys that are donated must be new, unwrapped and must not contain any liquid or powder. Toy weapons are also prohibited. For more information about needs, please visit the Operation Blue Santa website at bluesanta.org.
Which locations are participating? Hours of operation for each location below are: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday – Thursday, and 7 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. Friday – Saturday.
