Keep Austin Beautiful: Clean Sweep

Get the kids involved in giving back to Austin with some hands-on volunteering. On Saturday, April 9 you can participate in Clean Sweep, a city-wide service day spanning 130+ sites in 31 zip codes throughout Austin, hosted by Keep Austin Beautiful. This annual event results in the removal of over 29 tons of trash removed by 4,000 volunteers. Following the clean-up work, there is a fun volunteer party featuring lunch, live music, children’s environmental activities, recycled art, a unique object contest, door prizes and more at Fiesta Gardens!
