Do512 Family - What to do in Austin with Kids

Million Dollar Quartet at ZACH Theatre

The latest main stage production from ZACH Theatre will have the whole family dancing in their seats. Million Dollar Quartet tells the story of a night of music history when Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, and Carl Perkins join forces on December 4, 1956 at Sun Records Studio in Memphis for the greatest jam-session ever.

You can relive this legendary night inside ZACH’s Topher Theatre from July 26 through September 3. Rock along to such classics as “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Folsom Prison Blues,” and “Great Balls of Fire.” Great for ages 6 and up, it’s a fun way to introduce the kids to the history of these music icons.

Million Dollar Quartet will be playing at ZACH Theatre on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. as well as Sundays at 2:30 p.m. from July 23 through September 3. The run time is approximately two hours including one twenty minute intermission. Check out this short video below for more info about the show:
