The Christmas Light Show is an Austin tradition where music and lights are choreographed in a most entertaining display. The light show starts at 6 p.m. each evening, and replaying at the top of every hour until closing. The 12-minute show happens every night through January 3, expect for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Watching the show is totally free, but you’re not going to want to pass up a hot chocolate while you’re there (especially with specialty flavors such as peppermint, pumpkin spice, & cinnamon). And the desserts are so delicious that it’s a good idea to just plan to go for a treat.

There is parking in the main storefront lot and street, but spaces fill up quickly. There is an additional parking lot immediately across Lake Austin Boulevard that you can use for free. Mozart’s also suggests arriving about 30 minutes before the show.

Stay tuned to their Facebook page for any updates.

Enjoy!
