What’s that – up in the sky? It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s….a dragon?
Yep, that’s right. The dragons are coming. And they’re bringing with them not only their rich history and legend, but also something much more fun – the circus!
On Wednesday, August 21 through Sunday, August 25, catch the most mythical, magical show on Earth at Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Circus Presents Dragons at the Frank Erwin Center.
Conceived to honor the Year of the Dragon, the show has assembled circus performers from the far reaches of the globe and brought them right here to little ‘ole Austin, TX (okay, so it’s a 90-city tour but we can still feel special). Performers will enthrall audiences with their amazing acts of bravery and awe-inspiring athleticism. Ringling Bros. Ringmaster Jonathan Lee Iverson will be at the helm of this celebration, which will bring together mystic dragon lore with authentic circus feats. Ticket prices range from $15 – $80.
