We love McKinney Falls State Park for all that it offers families — hiking, camping, mountain and road biking, geocaching, bouldering, fishing, swimming and picnicking. And we’re pretty excited about the latest event happening on Saturday, June 25 — a Rock Skipping Contest! You can visit the park at 1 p.m. to show off your rock skipping skills. All ages can participate and prizes will be awarded for the winners.
McKinney Falls is one of our very favorite places to go on a Family Hike. Click here to read all the details about navigating the trails!
While participating in the Rock Skipping Contest is free, there are entrance fees for the park of $6 for ages 13 & up, and kids 12 & under are free.

Have fun!
