Partied out yet? Sure, SXSW has been a doozie this year, but don’t let that stop you from catching some more indie-fun-coolness. Plan to check out the Renegade Craft Fair: SXSW Edition Thursday, Mar. 13 through Sunday, Mar. 15 from 12 – 8 pm at the Palmer Events Center.
The fair will feature the best and brightest indie-crafts talent from across the U.S. and abroad. Sharing Halls 1 and 2 with SXSW peeps, the main entrance will be filled with the creations of more than 200 makers. See a beautiful dream catcher installation by The Betty Loo Project, games by MakeATX, and workshops held by J. Hannah Co. and Feto Soap on making custom perfume and nail polish.
While you’re browsing, plan to enjoy music, food trucks, booze and more! Entry to the event is free, but you’ll need a guest pass, available ahead of time through SXSW. Attendees may also pick up a guest pass once they arrive at the fair. Click here for more information or check out the fair’s Facebook event page.
