Come join Bliss Kid Yoga on a magical story-time adventure. Reach for the stars, swim in the sea, fly with a bird, climb up a tree! Bliss Kid Yoga is a non-profit dedicated to providing yoga programs for children, families and educators in order to help nurture physical and emotional health within the community. Free.

Blues on the Green @ Zilker Park
Wednesday, May 25, 8 p.m.
Blues on the Green is Austin’s largest free concert series, and an Austin tradition that kicks off the season tonight. Bring family and friends, some blankets or lawn chairs, a picnic and enjoy a concert from Mike Flanigin’s The Drifter, Billy Gibbons, Jimmie Vaughan, Charlie Sexton, and the Peterson Brothers. Music begins at 8pm.

Minecraft Club @ Twin Oaks Library
Thursday, May 26, 4 p.m.
Enjoy two hours of Minecraft free play! Laptops are available. You can also bring your own or other mobile device that has Minecraft downloaded! Recommended for ages 7 and up.

The Mobile River’s 1st Birthday Party @ LCRA Red Bud Center
Thursday, May 26, 4 – 7 p.m. (event was rescheduled from last week due to rain)
This cutting-edge mobile museum brings a high-quality STEM field-trip experience to our Texas schools, and now the public can take a tour at this free event. Housed in a 42-foot trailer, this exhibit includes interactive models and electronic games that engage and inspire students to go out and make a difference in water conservation.

The Wizard of Oz @ The Long Center
Friday, May 27, 7:30 p.m. (runs through Sunday May 29)
Follow the yellow brick to the Long Center to see The Wizard of Oz! Join Dorothy, Toto, the Tin Man, Lion & Scarecrow for this all-time favorite musical. This is a new production that contains all the much-loved songs from the classic Oscar winning movie, plus a few new songs by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Tickets are $29 & up, available online here.
