ZACH Theater’s 2014-15 Family Series

Get ready for some adorable shows from ZACH Family Theatre! ZACH has announced its lineup for the 2014-2015 Family Series with the first show of the season, A Year With Frog and Toad, starting on October 10. ZACH’s family productions are top-notch, performed by professional actors and are perfect for young children.

Oct. 10 – Nov. 29, 2014
Arnold Lobel’s well-loved characters hop from the page to the stage in this Tony-nominated musical. This whimsical show follows two great friends waking from hibernation, planting gardens, raking leaves, sledding and learning life lessons along the way. Part vaudeville, part make believe, all charm, A Year With Frog and Toad tells the story of a friendship that endures, weathering all seasons.
For ages 3 and up.

Feb. 27 – Apr. 25, 2015
From the same Broadway composers as Honk! and Mary Poppins, this American premiere of this Stiles and Drewe musical is a curly tale not to be missed! Take three little piglets, their devoted single-parent mom, and a misunderstood Big Bad Wolf, and you’ve got the perfect “Great Big Little Broadway Show” for audiences ages 3 and up. Filled with humor, this endearing tale will leave you squealing with glee and howling with laughter!
Ages 3 and up.

Apr. 17 – May 23, 2015
Cenicienta is a bilingual stage-adaptation of the tale of Cinderella, infused with puppetry, Mexican culture and humor.  Cenicienta learns to embrace her culture, familia, and the power of language to unlock her true potential.  This production is in collaboration with Teatro Vivo.
Ages 5 and up.
