This August, you can sign the kids up for an awesome week of Martial Arts Youth Camp at Zen Fit! When the weather is too hot to handle, kids can still get active indoors at a fun day camp where they can learn new self defense and fitness skills. From Monday, August 3 through Friday, August 7, children ages 5-13 will get the chance to learn the art of Hapkido, Kajukenbo, Kali Stick Fighting as well as some energy focused Yoga.

This martial arts camp will focus on these stand-up forms:

  • Hapkido – a Korean martial arts focuses on self defense and punching combinations.
  • Kali – Filipino stick fighting that improves hand eye coordination and teaches a quick, easy self defense system.
  • Kajukenbo – a Hawaiian mixed martial art emphasizing quick, precise strikes to end a fight before it starts.

Camp runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from August 3-7 and includes meals, snacks and movie.
