Exciting news for fans of American Girl Dolls! A new American Girl store is popping up in Austin at the Domain at 11410 Century Oaks Terrace, from September through January. The 5,000 square-foot store will feature an assortment of American Girl dolls, outfits and accessories, along with a selection of the company’s bestselling historical and contemporary fiction books.
The Grand Opening Celebration will take place on Saturday, Sept. 2 from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 3 from 12 – 6 p.m. During the Grand Opening weekend, children in attendance will receive a free gift and craft (while supplies last). Shoppers can also enter for a chance to win a 2017 Girl of the Year collection featuring the 18-inch Gabriela doll, paperback book, and accessories including her pet cat.
To keep things organized during the Grand Opening, tickets are required for entry into the store both Saturday and Sunday. One hour before the store opens on Saturday and Sunday, American Girl will distribute entrance tickets for that day.
