Did you hear that Shrek: The Musical will be this year’s Zilker summer theatre production? How fun! If you or your teens (ages 12 & up) have musical theater talent and are interested in learning about the audition process for this community theatre production, you’ll be able to sign up to participate in a free audition workshop on Saturday, Feb. 27 at Lyndon B. Johnson Early College High School.

You’ll be able to sign up online here beginning on Jan. 27 to save your spot. This is for ages 12 and up only. The two-hour workshop will include instruction on vocals, dancing/choreography, and general audition protocol. Attendees will receive immediate feedback and tips while learning the do’s and don’ts of auditions and call backs.
There are 2 workshop sessions offered:
- 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
