This weekend is full of awesome, FREE, family fun! You can go fishing, work out, play with LEGOs and more this weekend.

Today:

— Head to Bricks 4 Kidz Creativity Center in Round Rock for the Master Builder Play Day Event, happening from 10 am – 5 pm. Kids are invited to play with LEGOs and enter for a chance to win mini-posters, activity books and tickets to an advanced screening of The LEGO Movie. Free, no registration required.

— Let babies hang with babies at the Baby Play Group at Baby Earth, baby. Sing songs, play with instruments and let the tinies have lots of interactive social, free-play time. Free, 3:30 – 4:30 pm.

— Have dinner at Central Market North tonight with live music with Graham Wilkinson, starting at 6:30 pm. The kids can play on the playscape while you relax on the patio.

Tomorrow:

— Dads, take your kiddos to Toybrary Austin and have a Daddy Play Date, complete with a reptile show! Learn about, hold, and see snakes and lizards. Starts at 10:30 am, $4 per child.

— Wake up and head to Zilker Park for a Free Workout in the Park, thanks to How Do You Roll? Sushi and Lifestyle Revolutions. The whole family is invited! Wear tennis shoes and bring a mat or beach towel and a water bottle and have the chance to win gift cards and collect some free swag. Starts at 10 am.

— Parents: Relax and take a Kundalini Yoga Class at Casa de Luz from 10:30 am – noon in Cielo Room North. This class is part of Integrity Academy’s community classes that are designed to keep parents growing and learning too! Learn more about Integrity Academy. $10 suggested donation.

— Make new animal friends at Millie & Mox with their Awesome Animal Morning, where kids will hold and learn about little animals like bunnies, hedgehogs, chicks, chinchillas, bearded dragons, guinea pigs, ducklings and more. You also get a free picture!

Sunday:

— Get to the Hooked on Mueller event at Mueller Lake Park, where you can fish for rainbow trout, for free! The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department will release more than 1,000 fish for you to catch, keep and prepare. This event coincides with the Mueller Farmers Market and vendors will be demonstrating how to prepare your catch!

— Spend an Afternoon in the Garden at Zilker Botanical Gardens where children (and adults) are invited to plant flowers that attract faeries and learn about special qualities of plants. Free with admission, which is $1 for kids (3 – 12) and $2 for adults, 1 – 4 pm.

— The Bullock Texas State History Museum is having its Free First Sunday! Admission is free all day and family activities are from noon – 3 pm. Kids can create a Texas-themed postcard, play an Austin-centric game, create a family tree and more.
