Committing to a new workout routine is tough stuff. You need ample amounts of dedication and motivation. But you also need convenience. If you’ve got little ones, you know that truthfully, it’s so hard to fit in workouts at home before the kids wake, or during naps, or after they are in bed. (This is assuming that you’re lucky enough to have kids that actually sleep well or are on a routine.)

If you’re really serious about this fitness goal, you’re going to need a gym with childcare. Think about it… a workout can simply provide you some alone time! Drop the kids off in safe, caring hands and enjoy some peace as you work on getting your hot bod back.
