Have you ever buckled the kids into the car for a trip to the library only to arrive and discover it’s closed? It’s happened to us. (Of course we should have checked the schedule first, but it’s one of those types of places you just always expect to be available to you.) Lucky for us, Austin City Council has approved the expansion of Austin Public Library branch hours for this year.

  • Sunday (Ruiz, Little Walnut, Manchaca Road and Yarborough Branches only) 2 – 6 p.m.
