National Pets Day Happy Hour & Portraits @ Space 24 Twenty
April 11, 2-4 p.m.
Join Lucky Lab Coffee Co., Lucky Lab Rescue, and Mumford Pet Photos for a pop-up event featuring complimentary cold brew (while supplies last), donation-based pet portraits, raffle prizes, and an adoptable puppy meet & greet.

Shoal Creek Day: Dogs! @ Duncan Park
April 14, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Head out to Duncan Park for a morning full of dogs, yoga, music, and fun! Find adoptable dogs from The Austin Animal Center, free clicker dog training session from the Dog Chick, goodies from Krisers Pets, dog yoga, and live music performances. You can opt to end the event with a dog walk down the Shoal Creek Trail to the Central Library and back.

Jo’s 20th Annual Pet Parade @ Jo’s Coffee South Congress
April 20, 12-4 p.m.
Join a
parade down South Congress with a marching band and outfitted pets that ends in Jo’s parking lot for a pet costume competition. Enjoy live music and a variety of vendors and activities. Register your pet to participate! The $20 entry parade fee benefits pet rescue non-profits. Free to attend!

3rd Annual Woofstock @ Heritage Park (Pflugerville)
April 28, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The Pflugerville Animal Shelter is hosting their 3rd annual Woofstock event that features live bands, food trucks, vendors, adoptable pets, and fun and activities for the whole family! Well behaved, on leash dogs are invited to come out and enjoy the day.

Buda Wiener Dog Races @ Buck’s Backyard (Buda)
April 27 & 28, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Every spring, folks come from all over Texas for this quirky canine celebration. This annual country fair begins with the cutest pet parade at 9 a.m., followed by the nationally known Wiener Dog Races at 10 a.m. where the speediest dachshunds take to the track. This fundraiser for the Buda Lion’s Club includes a BBQ cook-off, a bake-off, arts & crafts, games for the kids, and lots of entertainment. Round Rock Express: Bark in the Park @ Dell Diamond (Round Rock)
April 28, 1:05 p.m.
Not only is it Kids Day at the ballpark, but it’s also a special dog-friendly game day! Use promo code PUPS at checkout for a discounted lawn ticket for your dog and a portion of the ticket will be donated to a local animal charity. Tickets here.
