We know you love Thinkery as much as we do, with the museum’s endless, hands-on fun for kids. You’re not going to want to miss the museum’s brand-new exhibit: Fortastic Adventure: Imagine. Design. Build! which opens on July 15. To celebrate this exciting new exhibit, the community is invited to an opening party on July 20 from 10 am – 2 pm at Thinkery’s Meredith Learning Lab! (*Please note – the giveaway is now closed and the winner will be notified via email)
At Fortastic Adventure, visitors will have a chance to design, build, and engineer their own forts using chairs, sheets, lamps, and pulley systems in whatever way their imagination sees fit. Fortastic Adventure spans two gallery spaces on Thinkery’s first floor and was designed and fabricated by their in-house Exhibits and Facilities Team to let kids get creative and learn through play. The new exhibit will open in two phases, with Phase 2 opening later this calendar year. Additional details about this new and exciting portion of the exhibit will be coming soon!
