Family-friendly Magic Shows from Texas Association of Magicians

Are your kids thrilled by magic tricks? Take them to see a top notch magic show this weekend! The Texas Association of Magicians is coming to the Sheraton Austin on Friday, September 4 – Monday, September 7 with some of the best magicians from across the nation. During this large gathering of magicians, you can check out some kid-friendly shows that are open to the public!

Family-friendly Shows:

— Friday, Sept. 4., 7 p.m., Sheraton Hotel — TAOM’s Masters of Magic
TAOM’s Friday night Masters of Magic show brings together some of the nation’s finest magical entertainers — including John Carney, winner of more awards from Hollywood Magic Castle than any person in history. Come enjoy an evening of mystifying magic and hilarious ventriloquism from a fantastic lineup of TV, film and Broadway stars.  Start time is 7 p.m. Tickets are $20. Purchase tickets here.

— Saturday, Sept. 5, 8 p.m., Sheraton Hotel — Women in Magic  
TAOM’s Saturday night extravaganza brings together magic’s top women entertainers. Featuring Magic Castle veteran Margaret Steele, New York’s Ali Shelley, hula-hoop circus artist Jesse Patterson, the humor of Britain’s Amanda Eve, Rachael Dunn and the incomparable, award-winning Jade — this one-of-a-kind event starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20. — FREE SHOW – For kids WITH their parents
Saturday, Sept 510 ​a.m., Sheraton Hotel
Oscar Munoz – An award winning magician will present his motivational magic show he performs all across the nation. He will perform a 35-minute show for the public (followed by a lecture that will be just for the registered magicians). No ticket purchase necessary. However, you must pick up a pass between 9-9:45 a.m. at the Sheraton ballroom foyer. First come, first served.
