On Saturday, Jan. 3, kids are in for a treat at BookPeople. Award-winning author of Thank You Bear, Greg Foley, will be hosting a special storytime at 11:30 a.m. He’ll be reading his two pictures books, Don’t Worry Bear and Willoughby and the Moon. After the stories, there will be a craft and Greg will sign copies of his books. Free event! No tickets needed.
Greg Foley grew up in Austin, Texas and attended the Rhode Island School of Design. He now lives in Greenwich Village, NY. His first picture book, Thank You Bear, won the prestigious Charlotte Zolotow Award for outstanding writing in a picture book.
