The Alamo Drafthouse and the Long Center are teaming up for a special event to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hook on Saturday, Jan. 30 at 7:30 p.m. at the Long Center. Two of the actors who played the Lost Boys, Rufio (Dante Brasco) and Don’t Ask (James Madio) will be in attendance! At the party, you’ll get to participate in some ultimate Hook-themed silliness, like playing with inflatable swords as you quote along to the film.

See Robin Williams in the role of the adult Pan the Man at this awesome Hook fan event, which is going to feature:

  • A screening at the Long Center, Austin’s largest cinematic venue!
  • Second screen subtitles so you can Quote-Along with all of your favorite lines!
  • Pixie Stix to help you fly.
  • Inflatable swords so you can battle pirates.
  • Cell phones you can throw out the window when you realize you don’t want to be a grown up.
  • Rufio (Dante Basco) & Don’t Ask (James Madio) in person.

There will be an extended conversation and Q&A following the film so everyone can hear all about what it was like to be part of one of the biggest movies of the ’90s from the stars who lived it.

Tickets start at $29 and can be purchased online here or by calling the box office at (512) 474-LONG (5664). There’s also a great limited time offer: Buy one ticket, get one free when you use the code RUFIO! Offer good through Friday, Jan. 29 at midnight.
