Get your tickets to the Thinkery’s first-ever, family-friendly Noon Year’s Eve Balloon Drop & Bubble Wrap Stomp! They’ll ring in 2017 a wee bit early with winter crafts, “snowball” fights, special performances and two separate balloon drops at 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. General Admission tickets are required and cost $10 for ages 2 and up. Parents and kids age 10 & under are invited for fun, games, crafts, snacks and a countdown with a balloon drop so your family can ring in 2017 without having to stay up past bedtime. Families can enjoy a make-and-take crafting experience, snacks, $5 in tokens per child, and a 12 p.m. prize-filled balloon drop! $10 entry per child. Sign up early online here. The festivities will include face painting, prize-filled balloon drops, NYE activities, and plenty of sparkling, kid-friendly refreshments. Plus, they have a NYE Weekend Combo Special on December 31st and January 1st — $19.95 for unlimited attractions, and a $5 Fun Card! Kids can jump, slide and climb the New Year away! There will be a countdown at 12 p.m., and kids can celebrate the coming year with glow lights and tons of fun. $10 per child. A signed safety waiver and socks are required to play.

New Year’s Ultimate Play Pass @ Main Event
Saturday, Dec. 31, 4-8 p.m.
The ball drops twice New Year’s Eve with 2 special events with hundreds of prizes. The Daytime celebration goes from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a balloon drop at 1:30 p.m. All-You-Can-Play Activities and 3-Hour Video Game Play costs $24.95 per person before 5 p.m on Saturday. Prices increase in the evening hours. No reservations required, open to the public. You can also ring in the new year on Sunday, opening at 11 a.m. for regularly scheduled fun.

Austin’s New Year 2017 @ Auditorium Shores

Join the annual FREE New Year’s Eve celebration with a variety of art, food trucks, kids activities and live music at Vic Mathias Shores (formerly known as Auditorium Shores) with a fireworks finale at 10 p.m.!
