Why do we love goats so much?  Maybe because they’re scruffy and spunky, always ready for a snack, and undoubtedly bring joy to people of all ages. We can say from personal experience, it doesn’t get much better than cuddling a baby goat.  And they’re not just found on the farm. In Austin, you can surprise a friend with a “goat gram” on their birthday, join the little animals for a yoga session, or even hang out in a goat pen at a favorite local beer garden.

We love taking the family to Jester King for a laid-back outdoor atmosphere and great pizza and beer.  But the best part of all?  Jester King has more than 75 adorable Nigerian Dwarf goats in their Goat Pen.  On Saturdays and Sundays, you can sign up (onsite) for their Goat Experience in the Goat Pen.  This experience is weather permitting because apparently, goats hate the rain!  Get more info here.
