New guidelines include:

  • Advanced tickets are required. You can purchase tickets for admission as well as train rides. Limited numbers of tickets will be sold with a specific check-in time. Click here to get your tickets. Note that no walk-ins are allowed.
  • Masks are required for any guests ages 2 & up.
  • The Zoo has created a one-way path through the Zoo that guests are required to follow.
  • Social distancing will be strictly enforced.
  • Daily activities such as keeper talks are not offered at this time.
  • The Discovery Center is closed.
  • The restrooms are closed, however portable restrooms are stationed at the new entrance of the Zoo and in the Picnic Grove area.
  • The concessions area is closed, however a small gift shop will be set up for purchasing souvenirs, drinks and prepackaged snacks. Note that no cash transactions will be allowed; credit/debit cards only. The Gift Shop closes at 4 p.m.
