Mama Fu’s Asian House is one of those restaurants that keeps everyone in the family happy. They’ve got a great variety of Asian dishes, and their kids menu includes plenty of options (even items that appeal to our very picky, non-adventurous eaters). We love that they have their own delivery service, too. So on any given busy day, we can squeeze in time to all sit down to a fresh dinner at home, delivered right to our door. You can simply log in to their app or website and order in a snap.

In addition to the staples for which they are well-known, Mama Fu’s has introduced a second round of seriously spicy menu items to their Spice Market Menu. This new selection offers Rangoon Poppers, Jalapeño Brisket Fried Rice, Honey Sriracha Skewers, and more. Naturally, we were delighted to try out some of these new dishes.

The kids, on the other hand, were happy to stick to the menu that they know and love — Ninja Noodles, Sumo Sweet & Sour, and Dragon Tails. The kids loved that their meals came with stickers, activity booklets, and Fun Chops — chopstick helpers (that really work).

We’re so happy with the convenience of Mama Fu’s delivery and take-out options, but it’s also worth noting that if you wish to dine in on Sundays, kids eat free at all locations with a purchase of an adult entrée. Click here for a list of their Austin-area restaurants.

In celebration of the new Spice Market Menu, Mama Fu’s presents a chili pepper eating challenge benefiting 5 Austin charities with a total prize pool of $25,000. Each charity’s champion will have to chew and swallow up to 9 increasingly spicy peppers that span from a simple Jalapeno to the hottest pepper on planet earth, the Carolina Reaper.
