Make plans for a sweet Saturday night with the fam! You can head over to Mueller Lake Park Amphitheater on Saturday, September 24 at 6:30 p.m. where McCallum Fine Arts Academy Orchestra will host their annual free Movie Music in the Park event featuring a free concert of favorite hits from movies throughout the years as well as a screening of the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory starting at dusk.
The Grammy Award winning McCallum Orchestra will take us all on a journey of movie music through the years. The music will be played to a newly re-edited movie montage on the big screen that will feature old favorites along with new arrangements and movies.
Food trailers and a concession booth will be on hand starting at 6:30 p.m., so bring your appetites. A portion of the food sales will benefit the McCallum Orchestra.
Pack blankets, chairs and anything you need to keep comfy as you settle in for a fun night outdoors with friends and family.
