Whole Foods Domain Grand Opening
Head to the Domain on Wed., January 15 for an all-day celebration at the Whole Foods Market Domain Grand Opening. The festivities start as early at 6:30 am with foodie trivia and prizes, then entertainment by Anderson High School Jazz Band and Drum Core. Don’t miss the bread-breaking at 7:30 am, followed by a full day of live music, kid activities and specials throughout the store. Enjoy free continental breakfast and coffee and be one of the first 500 to arrive to get a free Austin Better Bag!

Take a Free Yoga and Meditation Class (for ages 3 – 5) at Toybrary Austin on Tuesday, Jan. 14 from 12:30 – 1 pm.

Pajama Party at Flix Brewhouse
Stay in your pajamas this Saturday morning and head to Flix Brewhouse where they’ll be showing The Brave Little Toaster as part of their monthly Pajama Party. That’s right, on Saturday, January 9, you can wake up and head to straight to the theater for their 10:30 am showing as they’re even offering a breakfast menu (extra charge). Just don’t forget to brush your teeth!

Do512 Family is happy to announce a new series we have cooked up with the lovely people from Bright Horizons, a leading provider of early education and preschool, employer-sponsored childcare, back-up care, educational advisory services and other work/life solutions. They have five locations in the Austin metro area, including a brand new center in Round Rock. Bright Horizons encourages families to get out and learn together, so we came up with the Learning in Austin Series, which will feature places and events in Austin where you and your kids can learn and grow!
Family Saturday- Make Recycled Robots at Laguna Gloria
Recycled Robots happens on Saturday, Jan 11 from 11 am – 3 pm, make your very own robotic friend using recycled materials and colorful lights with The Contemporary Austin at Laguna Gloria.
Ballet Austin’s FREE Get Fit Event
Ballet Austin presents: Get Fit!, a free day of sample classes for teens and adults at the Butler Community School from 1:30 – 5:30 pm, designed to motivate you to get fit in the new year. There will be a Kids Zone for ages 4 – 10, so bring the whole family!
