Experience twelve trombonists positioned around the lagoon playing meditative music written by Canadian composer and sound theorist R. Murray Schafer. Music for Wilderness Lake is piece of environmental music explores the natural soundscape present at sunset and sunrise. They will be playing alongside Orly Genger’s beautiful outdoor sculptural work.

Nature Nights – Fossils!

Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center will be hosting Nature Nights every Thursday from 5 – 8 pm (except July 3) until July 24. Nature Nights are fun and interactive explorations of nature at one of the most lovely and kid-friendly places in the city.
