There are two upcoming dates where you can attend a free 45-minute workout followed by refreshments from KIND bars and juices from Skinny Limits. Our third class in the series will be Saturday, Mar. 29 at 9 am, and will be specifically for moms and their kids from ages 0 – 2. The class is free and an RSVP is appreciated but if you decide to come last minute, no worries, we’ll be there waiting for you!
