  • Caring Santa: Barton Creek Square & Lakeline Mall will provide children with special needs and their families with sensory-friendly Caring Santa events in partnership with Autism Speaks. These private photo sessions exclusively for families of children with special needs will take place at Barton Creek Square on Sunday, December 2 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. and at Lakeline Mall from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Guests must register in advance at simon.com/caringsanta.
  • Pet Photo Nights with Santa: Many pet owners view their pet as an integral member of the family and are just as committed in caring for their pets as their “human” family members. These sessions take place at the following:
    – Barton Creek Square: Nov. 18, 7:30-9 p.m. & Dec. 9, 6:30-8 p.m.
    – Lakeline Mall: Dec. 9, 6:30-8 p.m.
    – The Domain: Dec. 2, 6-8 p.m.

Round Rock Premium Outlets

Santa will be in the Food Court to pose for photos. Skip the line and reserve your appointment with Santa at simonsanta.com where you can choose from a variety of Santa photo packages. Take note that on Saturday, Dec. 22, Santa and Mrs. Claus will entertain children with Story Time with Santa.

Cabela’s & Bass Pro Shops
Through December 24
Santa’s Wonderland returns to Bass Pro Shops in Round Rock and arrives at Cabela’s in Buda for the first time-ever. Families are invited to enjoy this enchanting Christmas village offering FREE 4×6 studio-quality photos with Santa and free activities, fun crafts and games. Reserve your session with Santa by visiting the Bass Pass Ticket Depot located at the entrance of Santa’s Wonderland to pick up a time-stamped pass.

The Arboretum at Great Hills
Dec. 2 – 23, Sundays from 2-4 p.m.
Santa will bring his holiday cheer to The Arboretum each Sunday in Dec. Tell him your wants and wishes and snap a photo with him near the big tree next to Lamps Plus. The visits are free and open to the general public. Take note of their free Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration on Nov. 17!

Hill Country Galleria
November 24 – December 24
This holiday season, the Hill Country Galleria is introducing Santa’s Wonderland, a magical, immersive indoor experience that will be open daily. The free, interactive installation will offer several photo ops and selfie spots throughout. While it’s free of charge to enter the Wonderland and visit Santa, you can opt to purchase a photo package. Santa’s Wonderland is located across from the Central Plaza, nextdoor to Café Blue. Take note of Santa’s arrival at the Tree Lighting Ceremony on Nov. 23!

North Pole Flyer @ Austin Steam Train

Santa Lounge & Market @ 2nd Street District Downtown
Dec. 8, 1 – 5 p.m.
Enjoy holiday music from KP and The Boom Boom and Drew Davis at W Austin while sipping holiday cocktails and browsing the local Holiday Pop-Up Shops. Stores participating include Sikara & Co., ESPEROS, Austin General Store, Luxe Apothetique, ModCloth, Nina Berenato Jewelry, Sara Reichardt Designs, and Tina Reddy Jewelry.

Trail of Lights
Dec. 10-23
Every holiday season, Zilker Park is transformed into the Trail of Lights with over two million lights, 40 displays, 20+ food trucks, two stages, and lots of interactive experiences throughout the trail. General Admission is FREE for 7 out of the 14 nights at the Austin Trail of Lights. Swim with Santa @ Georgetown Recreation Center
Dec. 14, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Dive into the holiday season with Santa at the Georgetown Recreation Center Indoor Pool. Grab your suits and your camera and bring the entire family for a chance to swim with the big man himself! Hot chocolate and candy canes will be provided. Free for members! Infant 0-3: Free; Youth 4-18: $2; Adult 19-54: $3; Senior 55 and up: $2.
