First-hand notes about our experience: Our Social Media Manager, Keili, experienced a zip line tour and had a wonderful time! Here are a couple of great points she wanted to share:
- Safety: She felt like she was in very safe hands with the tour guides. Before every ride they double checked the tightness of straps and helmets, made sure the ropes were in the right position and checked the hooks onto the line with a couple of clicks. It was a quick process but very appreciated to feel confident about the experience.
- Friendly Staff: The crew seemed like a group of friends offering lots of support, almost like a personal “hype team” getting riders pumped up before each zip. They were also very accommodating to requests to take photos and videos to document this memorable experience.
- Beautiful Setting: You can catch a glimpse of the Colorado River nestled between canyons (pictures didn’t really do the depth justice). Most platforms zip hilltop to hilltop, so the view is unobstructed. The platforms climbed higher every time, each one with a breathtaking view that beat the one before.
Who can ride? Participants must be between 60 lbs. – 250 lbs. and 52 inches or taller. Kids younger than age 16 must be must be accompanied by an adult.
